Management, Consultation and Technical Assistance (MCTA) Contract | Centers for Disease Control & Prevention: CCI was one of five contractors awarded a seven (7) year contract , effective January 1, 2009.  Under this 8(a) set-aside IDIQ contract, CCI can be accessed to provide management and technical expertise across the Agency’s organizational components to carry out projects related to strategic planning, organization development, project management, technical assistance, programmatic assessments and evaluations, business process improvement, fiscal management services, pre-award assessments, and improving both business and administrative effectiveness and efficiency.
